I'm trying to fit gym, tennis, swimming and other sports into my calendar and it's lookin a real busy. I want to gym 3x minimum but this is what I'm mostly struggling with. Maybe I could combine swimming and gym on Thursday and squeeze in a rest day on Wednesday? idk
Mon - Gym (during lunch) + Tennis (match play) 1.5hrs
Tue - Tennis 2hrs coaching
Wed - Gym
Thu - Swimming 1hr
Fri - Gym (during lunch; alternate with Monday) + Tennis 2hrs coaching
Sat - Tennis social 2hrs
Sun - Gym / other sports
Preso is done! Went better than expected and there was one question for me (didn't have enough time for more as the previous speaker took up a lot more time). Got a few good comments as well after! Go me 😄

I have a big preso tomorrow. To about 100 attendees. I have to talk for about 10-12 mins and I'm prepared. It's just that I get so nervous my heart starts pounding crazy fast.
My previous presos have also been in front of the same crowd but that was for like 2-3 mins as I had someone share the time but tomorrow am all alone. Which means that I need to take questions as well.
My heart rate is already high thinking of tomorrow 🤕 can someone give me some tips to calm down? Please don't say slow breathing because it just makes it worse for me 😭
I've also been told I give great presos but I gaslight myself into thinking it was bad. I've prepared pretty well but still nervous as shit as this is the biggest one so far.
Am off to the gym now to take mind off things and just relax. I'll go crazy otherwise

On the way home from tennis. I gave myself two options: 1. Take PT home and order delivery or 2. Take a cab home and make food instead. I did neither, took PT home and will make food instead of ordering in. Go me!

With puffers, its between Uniqlo (cheap), Patagonia (because brand quality and their customer service), and The North Face Nuptse (unsure between this and the 'Gonia).
With Woolen overcoats, I have no idea! If I get an expensive overcoat then I'll have to go with a Uniqlo puffer, but again, I'm not sure if I really need a puffer?

Update: omg the beautiful hospital worker got back to me saying that I can't go without the dressing so the hospital will cover the costs for the first 3 visits 😭 that's so nice of her to do that for me!!
