Granted some medical supplies are very light, but something about the boxes and the way they are stacked and just everything looks off.

Was gonna say. And even for the extremely light medical supplies like gaze, they tend be packed in there tight enough for boxes to have some real heft. Unnecessary volume is a waste of money and resources to ship or warehouse.
