I worked for a multinational that tried this shit on employees during covid. Every single australian employee either ignored their email, or advised them to go fuck themselves.
Speaking personally, between long service leave and untaken leave and other contract stipulations it cost them $68,000 to get rid of me. I'd imagine the others were the same or more. The entire Australian arm collapsed rather than 'trimmed down' . Stupid games, stupid prizes.

Don't know why this is a bad thing. You could literally put in whatever bullshit the AI wants to see and you're good to go. Like putting a bunch of keywords on your resume and setting the text size super tiny so the algorithms catch it. If they're gonna be this stupid about it you might as well game the system.
That's exactly why it's bad, you don't know what they're looking for and you don't know how they'll prompt the AI. So basically Doge is just rolling the die on whether or not someone "should be fired" is just asinine.
