As a purchaser of many games online, that makes sense to me. Especially for younger people growing up with this kinda stuff it would be nice to differentiate the two.

Personally I use OpenMPT and have been since I was a kid. It's an open source tracker that is surprisingly powerful if you can get it to do what you want. It's similar to trackers like ProTracker from the old school days but more modernized and easier to use (mostly). It's not the easiest software to use but it's what I'm used to. But if you are set on ProTracker you might be able to look up stuff about OpenMPT (or any tracker for that matter) and some of the information might translate over. I know this might not be helpful, but I hope it helps with a starting point at least.

Something that will never stop being funny to me is seeing hardcore republicans and trump supporters getting caught doing gay stuff. Well if you didn't put PSN on a single player game you wouldn't have this happen. I was gonna buy it day one until I heard. Instead, I'm just focusing on my backlog that's been piling up and I'll just get it when it's on sale

Also remember that PSN isn't available in all countries. So if you're in one of those 100+ countries you can't even play it if you buy it.

I highly recommend the game, but I totally get you. I didn't buy it for years for the exact same reason. Eventually it was on a good sale when I was between games so I got a chance to play it. If you're an anime fan you will probably love the game. And if you're not, it may be cringy as fuck on occasion but you'll probably still love the game after getting sucked in. But if you end up never playing it, that's totally fine too. I've found in life that you don't need to watch every movie and play every video that are highly praised. I still haven't played the Mass Effect games even after owning all of them for 5 or so years.

And that show is exactly why I'm going in with cautious optimism. Don't wanna get my hopes up.

As long as it's based on the books and not just making shit up like some spinoffs of huge franchises do. It seems they are basing it on some of the prequels that were written by Brian Herbert and Kevin J. Anderson. I'm down to give it a shot, but I'm gonna go into it cautious optimism.

If you like this genre this game is at the very top. I played Harvest Moon back in the day and this game surpasses it in almost every way. Plus, it's $20 and goes on sale for less than that very frequently, sometimes as low as $5. It's not like you're losing much if you pick it up. It's one of my top games on my PC with over 700 hours.
