She's wearing a ton of glitter, she's wearing nylons (also plastic), and those ballet hose that make your skin shiny (also plastic), form fitting attire (likely synthetic elastane, polyurethane, and polyester, all plastic), and glitter in her makeup and possibly other plastics for adhesion. There's a good faith left-lib critique re plastic surgery: basically that we should be transparent about it so that people don't labor under the idea that the "beauty" they see is attainable naturally. Nothing wrong with the artifices of makeup and plastic surgery, but one we all know is going on and the other ppl are ashamed to admit to, and just normalizing being transparent would probably help a lot.
However this would require ppl like the frogman not being so weird about it in the first place.
