I hate to be Mr. Killjoy, but prostate cancer screening in old men is worthless. It's one of the least aggressive forms of cancer—usually taking 10 to 15 years to kill you—and treating it at that age is more likely to shorten your lifespan than the tumor itself.

He was undergoing treatment to slow down the cancer. Obviously it took its toll on his health by the time we got to the 2024 debates. He was fucking gone mentally.
