  • I can't find a link, but I saw an article the other day that said /r/assholedesign was going to be one of the first in protest of the move.

  • Definitely subreddits like programming or help or something where you can essentially ransom answers for money

  • No existing subreddits will be affected by this according to the post I read when this news was first announced, so unless something changed...no current sub will be paywalled.

    But it'll probably be something stupid like a crypto bro sub and porn.

  • They will start with the porn. That's where they'll get the least pushback. Then it will spread to all NSFW subreddits.

  • /r/conservative because they are so gullible?

    • The goal is to indoctrinate people 10-30 with these values so if anything, it will be promoted to the front page more often and free. More eyes= more conversions.
