Probably because he's not a "trad" guy at all? He's never really said anything about preserving conservative values, hell AFAIK he's never even said anything against queer people. He's basically just gone super hard on this power fantasy where he is in a crusade against Jewish people, the media, and everything he perceives to be holding him down. Fascists around him probably have put some other generically regressive ideas in his head, and I have no doubt he's a misogynist (see the SA allegations against him). But he's not exactly the bog standard "trad" fash, not even some of the variations of that ideology that are more common among Black people.

He's currently probably in an unmedicated severe manic episode, I don't expect coherence out of that. Honestly, this probably seems like someone more well read and less tired than I could make a comparison to a philosopher named Fredrick N (because I can't spell his last name and I'm not going to try) and the concept of the Ubermensch. In Freddie's philosophy, religion has no place and the Ubermensch takes the place of an idol (forgive me if I'm bastardizing Fred's work). I wouldn't be surprised if Kanye sees himself as an Ubermensch and worships himself to a degree (especially during his manic episodes) and sees no contradiction or sees no issue with contradictions. If he's operating off the axiom "I am superior", that implies "my opinions are superior", which in turn justifies any discrepancy with fascist orthodoxy.
