No way a commercially available skin dye would do something like this and it also wouldn't dye more than the uppermost layer of the epidermis, which should renew itself fairly quickly. A few peelings should take care of it. Humans shed a lot of skin cells. That's basically what dust is (and what dust mites eat) and why even the cleanest bed has tens of thousands of dust mites on it.
