This situation can be avoided by buying your anti-diarrheals before you need them during a regular shopping day. They are very useful for hiking, and they should be in your arsenal already.

The reason for that that I was told when I worked retail was that they have to make the beer with alcohol then remove the alcohol so it's possible for trace amounts to remain
