40 0 ReplyNot just weight. It’s lack of exercise. I’m 41 and my knees and back are fine even after a stint in the army. Gotta keep using those muscles and joints if you want to use them when you’re older.

As a millenial almost 40.... Its not that bad if you do something daily, some yoga everyday can be enough
31 0 ReplyI'm at the stage where if I sit around too much it starts to hurt, but if I make healthy choices and exercise everything is still fine. It's like my body requires healthy choices. Wasn't like that before.
