1 0 ReplyI use Linux. Using apt to update everything looks so much cooler than windows updates. It's also a lot more informative when there's issues.
The fact that it makes me look like a Hollywood hacker, at least when I've been lazy and not updated for a while, is just a nice bonus.

24 0 ReplyUntil this day, always when i open a terminal on my colleague's Mac and fix his problem with mostly [ up,up,up -> Enter ] he keeps looking at me like i just took a dump in front of his house, for the rest of the day.
Edit: we have worked together for 20 years by now

I'm not a hacker, but when I use the terminal, etc. I feel like one and know I look like one to the vast majority of people, and we all need our cool feeling moments.
