Liquids should not be spicy, especially cold liquids. I have never understood the desire to make cold alcholic beverages spicy.

As an spiced beberage will most likely make you sweat, it will provide you with a refreshing sensation on hot climates

I dont really drink hot chocolate but i could see how that'd be pleasant actually. I think my hate generally stems from cold and spicy drinks
