Once had a user manually change their ticket to Priority 1, which we used to indicate dozens of people/everyone down, because their M key only worked half the time they pressed it.
- It's license renewal time and we're trying to cut back. It's not going well.
Reader would work for like 90% of people, but no, everyone needs Standard or Pro because reasons.

This guy runs a website where his servers IRC logs are posted online. He talks smack about co-workers at the company works at and doesn't understand why he would get in trouble for it.
