hate the fact i believed this for a second then saw it was the onion. it isn't that i hated the second of gullibility, i hate that this is realistic enough to warrant immediate belief.
I cannot recommend switching to Linux enough! Linux mint is a solid, stable OS with a thriving community and ample support for newcomers.
There are alternatives to nearly everything, yes YOU CAN absolutely live without microsoft or google tracking your every move, stealing your data, selling it and using that profit to fund unethical bullshit. Take back control, you will never regret it.

check out Hybrid Calisthenics, there are videos on most social media platforms i think & Hampton, the creator has a really kind and patient vibe. like i remember when i couldn't do a full pushup for example, there was a hybrid calisthenics video that gave ways to build up to one, helped a lot when i first started off from a totally sedentary lifestyle

Holy crap dude! Thanks for the resources & some much needed optimism. It helps also to see someone else who blew 4 yrs find success coming back. I really appreciate the motivation, I think being surrounded by defeatism has been getting to me but even when things get worse I think I will at least be happy I took the steps towards fullfilment in my life.
