No matter what the texts say, it's a pretty safe bet that people who willingly and actively kill or otherwise cause harm to others through their own actions or complacency will end up in a Hell if one exists.

It's only irrational to cooperate in a prisoner's dilemma game if the rewards are set appropriately for that.
If you raise the individual rewards of the cooperation above those of the individual rewards people would get for defecting, people will in fact cooperate.
Of course it was, did anyone expect any different?
Considering I literally just woke up from a terrifying grief-stricken dream where both of my parents died, I don't think that's true...
