I love Highlander 2 for this! Nightmare on Elm Street 2 had the same problem, just ignored the canon completely. 10/10 bad movie, will watch again.

Putting conveniences into a VIDEO GAME as MTX means that the inconveniences are part of the design. This is BAD design.

What if there is a great retirement coming for the games industry like they've never seen before. Not only are the gamers that have been the target audience for this industry slowly removing gaming from their lives, but what if the developers are also in that demographic and they're all leaving the industry?
