Most games aren’t available elsewhere. There are a good amount of retro games have rereleased, but it’s mainly the popular titles and when you look at the whole picture that is just a small percentage of retro games.
Not even all of Nintendo’s first party games are available.
I can’t believe that game‘s been out for four years now.
Looks like I was wrong. People can charge for it, but they must provide access to the source code or have a way to request the source code.
Yes.
I wrote guidelines for my small business. Then I uploaded the file to chatgpt and asked it to review it.
It made legitimately good suggestions and rewrote the documents using better sounding English.
Because of chatgpt I will be introducing more wellness and development programs.
Additionally, I need med images for my website. So instead of using stock photos, I was able to use midjourney to generate a whole bunch of images in the same style that fit the theme of my business. It looks much better.
Legally, you can’t pay for it. No one can charge for Linux. They can charge if you want to pay for like phone support or if you want to buy a usb steamos installer, but that’s really it.
Over 3 different computers, I have never not had some bug on windows after a clean install.
Stuff like, text inputs not working on sticky notes, screenshots not working, now I’m having driver issues where some windows flicker black rapidly. I need to do another fresh install to fix it.
I can’t even think of a single bug I’ve had using Linux. If it were not for a single piece of software not working on Linux by any means, I’d be using that.
The only games I’ve not had work on Linux straight away are games with anti-cheat, so I understand windows gamers using windows to play them, but otherwise Linux gaming has been basically flawless.
6 was free on epic games a few years back and it was recently on sale on steam for just a few dollars.
I picked it up on steam for the Linux version and it was pretty addicting. I never get games dlc and I don’t think I’m good enough at the base game to take advantage of the different things the dlc adds.
That’s great. I looked into that one before, but never used it for some reason. I forget why, but it was nothing major.
I’ve seen tng a few times before. I’m just watching it again.
Distro doesn’t really matter too much. Just don’t get some obscure distro that no one has heard of before.
Plus it’s pretty common for newbies to jump around to test out different distros anyway.
Most of the time, the differences you will see are just desktop environment.
After you have used Linux for some time, then you will understand the major differences between the distros other than the way they look.
If you have any questions about Linux feel free to send me a DM. I’m always happy to help.
I decided to just start with season 3. Season 1 and 2 are pretty tough.
I’ve seen those bad episodes once also so I’d say that I paid my dues. But I don’t think threshold was that bad of an episode. It was a silly story, but it was still really fun to watch.
In my opinion enterprises theme song is what keeps people from watching it more.
It’s actually really good especially the last season.
I think I’ve watched the first two seasons enough to skip most of those episodes. Maybe I’ll just watch my favorite ones or the ones I don’t remember.
I’m totally watching the one where insects take over the star fleet admirals. 😂
I had this problem recently. I’m not in the US. I bought something from H&M online and I got an email from UPS that I would need to pay duties on it.
I was a little surprised as I loaded the countries version of the site and they have tons of stores locally.
It sucks and I felt a little scammed to be honest.
Haha, I love how the Kazon are universally hated. I can stomach them, but I skip the Ireland episodes. God! They are bad.
I have already seen everything Trek some more than once already. I always get a bit sad on the last few episodes of a series. I am going to miss the characters and seeing them continue to grow and interact with each other.
The same thing happened when I finished my rewatch of DS9. I think it hit my harder with DS9 since that those characters had such a good chemistry with each other.
Once I finish Voyagers I plan to start watching TNG right away. I havn't done a complete watch through of it for many years. I usually get the first 2 or 3 seasons before getting distracted. I have been looking forward to watching it again.
My only problem with this personally is what if something terrible happens and the wife is no longer in the picture. Then, my house husband skills wouldn’t help me land a decent paying job.
Maybe just tell your mom that since she had changed her password, there is a 30 minutes delay before she can login.
Maybe if there are consequences things will change?
After finishing Mario Kart Double dash, I decided to try Mario Kart DS as I never played that one.
I’m guessing that it had to do with the hardware, but the karts felt slow, so I moved on to Mario Kart 8.
I have to admit that this version of the game looks the best and the kart movement feels the best.
It’s such an improvement over Double Dash that I think I do in fact like it better. Especially at 200cc.
I’ve been playing double dash recently and it seems like the least dumbed down Mario kart game.
I love that each racer has their own special, I love that you need to swap out the racers to actually get a second power up.
The game has been really fun. I just lost gold on special cup by 2 points. I did terribly on rainbow road with toad 😂
This game is really just a Castlevania clone for the Master System. It is a bit easier than Castlevania, but it’s still really fun and fits the mood really well.
If you like classic Castlevania, give this game a try. I’m sure you will enjoy it.
If you’ve played it before, what are your thoughts on it?
I recently replayed MGS1 for psx and then MGS2 for PS2. I just started up MGS3 and I cannot get into it.
I think I often read that people love MGS3, but I think MGS1 has the most interesting story and levels. I also think the bosses in MGS1 were much more fun than they were in MGS2.
Am I in the minority here? What other games would you recommend that capture the MGS1 vibe?
