  • Same with young people and older Internet stuf and often you can't even show it because it was some flash application on newgrounds or something like that. NEDM, Bob the ball, Sinnlos im Weltraum, Kimbles Homepage, rotten, tubgirl and whatnot

  • I've had a similar experience as a child. I live in Germany and found this voltage switch on a hair dryer. My thoughts were like: Switching it to less couldn't possibly hurt, could it? Well it could. It was super efficient though but only for a few seconds before it self destructed.

  • I agree. Personally while being very careful I always did it alone. Partially because there are only a few people I truly trust, there is a stigma on all types of drugs and of course because it's illegal so there are no "licensed" professionals that could monitor me.

I had some very good and eye / mind opening experiences but also some very scary ones that took months to digest mentally.

  • I really recommend watching this introduction by Andrej Karpathy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7xTGNNLPyMI

One part that really stuck with me is that the data in the model is more like a fading memory but the stuff in the context window is more like the working memory. Since I learned that I tend to put as much information as possible into the context window before asking questions about it. This improved the results drastically and reduced hallucinations.

  • I believe it would be worth to research it. Similar to research into serial killers and other "unwanted" neurotypes we should try to learn how we can prevent people becoming like this and prevent becoming their victims
