There already is an iPad version! It’s in the App Store release! It’s also there in the GitHub version
In safari, I can’t recommend the fizzy water bundle enough (extension) or at least baking soda (which comes in the bundle). The extensions are super cheap and are well worth it imo but one of the features of baking soda is to stop videos from auto playing
And you’re absolutely correct. Being light is a feature. It’s a feature of the non-pro. The fact is, putting more, better components in will make the phone heavier. And the point of the pro is to have more features and be the better phone. Unlike a racing bicycle which very specifically has to be light. And also unlike the MacBook Air which again, the entire purpose of which was to be thin and light. I completely agree that being light is a feature, just not here.
I think Mlem is on track to be better than Apollo was at this rate. You gotta remember, Apollo had been released and in continued development for years. Mlem is around 2 months old
They do, but it’s like 4 bucks and is well worth it imo
Recommendation: add Vinegar for all the Apple (iOS, macOS, iPadOS) users. It’s suuuuper good
I mean I agree about not making it thicker to flatten the back, but I have to disagree about making the camera smaller (if that means a sacrifice to quality. This is specifically a pro phone. Now admittedly, it’s not just for professionals and whether it deserves that name is up for debate. But the fact is, this is specifically meant to be the best. So imo, if you want something lighter, buy the lighter non-pro
Sure does! I have specific year ones “Tass: 2021” and over the years ones “Pugsley over the years”
Also, great work on Mlem! I’ve been loving it!
Just open the photos and open the info panel (cmd+i). Then just click the plus button where the faces go
You can actually do that in the macOS photos app if you have a Mac
Interesting. What’s the build number of the version of iOS that you’re on?
Find a good photo of your dog, swipe up, and you should see an icon of your dog there. Just tap that, add a name, and you should see your dog in the people and pets album
Despite what the other guy said, this is not Bard. This is available in Google’s new search labs (just search it up) if you’re using chrome and in the U.S. I got it working in Safari in Australia using a VPN and changing the user agent when on the correct site though.
I couldn’t load anything on Mlem for a few minutes but other than that it’s just been slow for me
I think I agree
I think he’s referring to CarPlay seconds generation which Apple announced last year and will completely change the way CarPlay works
