I use that mouse for work and really like it. I was debating getting one for my home PC, too...
Yeah. If you're dropping $2000 on a display, spend a bit extra on decent speakers. Doesn't even have to be a full 5.1 AVR setup! Two decent bookshelf speakers and a cheap amp for under $200
Just don't get a shitty soundbar. Especially not one with a wireless sub and rear speakers. Sonos is the only good option I've heard in that regard but I can't vouch for their new products
“boff” is American slang for sex
I have never heard this term in my entire life so I looked it up and rest easy, it was a slang term for sex....in the 1920s.
Didn't read his comment at all, did ya bro?
I kind of expect anyone dropping this much on a display to care about audio, too. And if you care about audio that much, you use external hardware. Either a sound bar (eww) or an AVR+speakers.
TV speakers aren't even pointed at you anymore because nobody wants the required fat lower bezel for it lol
Know your enemy?
I know a lot about Musk, Trump, Thiel, Sacks, RFK, etc.
I would not be happy about Pritzker as the dem nominee...
...Because then he wouldn't be my governor anymore :(
Pritzker's the man. It pains me to praise a billionaire but he's been an AWESOME governor. Wish we could get a Pritzker-type for Chicago mayor instead of these chucklefucks we keep electing.
I'm probably in the minority here but without more info, I vote retail. Classic will not hold your hand at all, it's a pretty rough onboarding experience. Retail is a much better new player experience.
But really it comes down to what you want to do when you reach max level (if that's even a priority). Classic raiding has been described as "standing and hitting" - pretty dang casual and the entire thing was "solved" 20 years ago. Retail has both 3 raid difficulties AND mythic dungeons - infinitely scaling difficulty with a timer.
The lack of mythic dungeons is what keeps me off Classic. It's my favorite end game content and now that I have a solid group of 5, I'm having a blast pushing up my score.
I feel like when most people think of 1990s food, they're (accurately) picturing brightly-colored snacks and candy.
I'm also inclined to think that kids today are VERY aware of the 80s due to the popularity of the aesthetic and it feels weird that someone would assume we went "backwards" with candy like that
None of this is certain, of course. They could just be reminiscing about a time as a kid when they made candy with their family, too!
Half joking but it's the vibe I get. Not sure how many actual people there are but the admin(s) definitely has multiple accounts and talks to themselves in "themed" communities. Like the Governor Chris Christie account
Hilariouschaos is one person pretending to be multiple people. Unhinged behavior
Ah, that's a good point. 1898 makes a lot more sense for baking your own sweets.
The 1990s was a big decade for processed foods
The first and only report I've made to HR was over the ISO 8601 standard.
Call it the Trump Tax. That's what my friend changed "Tariffs Contingency Fee" to on all his proposals.
If someone threatens you, you can always fall back on "it's the Trump Tax and it'll make us STRONGER!"
Cisco is a fuckin awful company to deal with. Not as bad as HP/Poly because their equipment actually works but still obnoxious.
You Are Here
It's going to make it a lot harder to tell truth from fiction
Songs still sounds like shit and the music video i of still a highlight reel
People always talk about how emotional the cover is...
- That's just the warbly singing voice of an old man
- HAVE YOU HEARD THE ORIGINAL??? Talk about emotion. It's not even a contest
The way you animated in each panel does something that neither a still page nor a "series" of animations could achieve.
Any time I've read a comic, I have to consciously slow down because I've found myself jumping between dialogue boxes too fast and not appreciating each panel. This completely solves that problem
