Depends on the system. Dnd 5e, almost certainly. Pathfinder 2e, not necessarily. Fabula Ultima, how did you roll that high?
- In Pathfinder even on weaker creatures it's important to call out the number because it may or may not crit
- Bladesinger wizards, 20 Int/ 18 Dex, Mage Armor+Bracers of Defense, Shield spell: 29AC
  
  Good thing I said almost certainly to account for all the other times those things aren't true.
  
  2 AC from haste? I feel like the subclass was made for it.

  Can't roll 28 on a d10, but in Exalted you could easily be rolling 28 dice.

- Even with shield and blade song, you'd need a 19 base AC
