How did they get it up there?
26 0 ReplyFrom the other side. If you look, it's open, and appears to be street level on that side.

Could be a converted parking garage maybe and that thing was there before it became a residential building? The back wall seems to be open though, so maybe there's a ramp there or the terrain goes up and that's street level on the other side.
2 0 ReplyIn the foreground you can see the railing is slanted. The building is on a hill, so chances are it's street level

$380k
13 0 ReplyThat's probably street level on the other side of the building. What's the problem?
6 1 ReplyThere is a wall on the other side, you can see it in the picture. So even if it is street level someone really wanted that caravan there
1 1 ReplyI don't see a wall, I see other apartments higher up?

I'm wondering if the unit owner is going to claim a home office deduction on their 1040. It will definitely trigger an audit.
5 1 ReplyShit, there is a home office deduction?
1 0 ReplyNot allowed anymore. They got rid of that during COVID - too much tax revenue lost, b/c everyone claimed it.
