I feel we need a PSA on how white is a constructed term to reinforce white supremacy (a common tool of imperialism and capital) and is in itself a horrid way to group people (as it is also employed to destroy cultures of people as they are subsumed into the "white" category) but also that white is a self embraced title by many in America as a way to get into the in group and avoid out group status even on a subconscious level as well as reinforced in many American cultural aspects.

I am old enough to remember Jerry Springer. He would always have these bizarre shows of the most outrageous guests, usually getting into a physical altercation at some point. But the funniest thing about the show was at the end, after the final commercial segment, Springer would have this segment called “Final Thought”, where he would look straight into the camera and attempt to say something insightful via monologue, like “we all might like to have a laugh at the adult who wears diapers for sexual satisfaction, but how would you feel if someone was laughing at you”. Just the most inane, smooth-brained, basic-ass thoughts.

We need something like that so we can end some of these multi-post struggle sessions. Maybe we can train some deepfake AI to make our own Jerry Springer “Final Thought” videos. Feed the posts into the AI and have fake AI Jerry Springer say something that attempts to bring everyone together, and we just leave it at that.

One of Paulo Friere's theses is that to the oppressor, moves toward equality feel like oppression.

While it is always good to be ruthlessly critical of everything, rather than just merely being "white people making it about them," or self-hating whiteness (a reactionary trope in virtually every other context) or even just toxic and cringe, when you have a large group of whites saying, "yes I deserve it, violently oppress me based on my skin color," assuming it isn't some awful kink, it really could be an authentic way for white people to say that we truly desire equality.
