Yeah, I think the spy network in Russia is pretty broken as well. The failing of intelligence have been on full display since Russia launched the SMO and it's one of the most hopeful revelations I have seen in a while.
I don't know about that. They got what they wanted, a lot of money was made. Old military hardware stock was used up. I think if they could go back in time they'd do the same again.
It might not have worked for their interests in the longer term but I don't think they care about that.
