Sync for Lemmy - Now Released on Play Store
A beautiful Lemmy app for browsing Lemmy on the go!
And just like that, all the other lemmy clients mean nothing to me. Just the handling of media posts is next level compared to the other guys.
114 17 ReplyI used Sync Pro for years but I've found the connect app to be pretty close.
So yeah I'd probably have used sync for lemmy if it was priced similarly to the Reddit one but I've no interest in paying 10 times more to remove ads or any type of subscription.
55 2 ReplyNow I feel home.
48 3 ReplyI like Sync, but honestly, I think I still prefer Connect.
42 5 ReplyI'm alright with connect for now, Boost is the only one I'd pay for
36 2 ReplyThis is the 3rd app I have installed for Lemmy. I'm going to have to consider uninstalling one! (Connect, Voyager, and now Sync)
Connect has been my primary app so far. I do really like that Sync allows me to customize how posts look. I am a former RIF and old reddit user, and dislike large image previews. I am really happy I can have a larger headline and smaller preview image.
34 0 ReplyGood thing. Liftoff would be an adfree and free alternative. But for those that loved sync, probably the only correct solution
33 0 ReplyI was disappointed it wasn't on iOS, but once I saw that privacy policy I was kinda glad. Good on the dev for making a living, but jeeeeez
45 14 ReplySync was my go to reddit client, I'm beyond excited this is out already for Lemmy!!

9 1 ReplyI know that Lemmy is years old, but as this is my first day on the platform, it feels like a whole new world.
8 1 ReplyWhy would I leave reddit for an app with ads? Seems stupid to me
30 23 ReplyPumped!
7 1 ReplyIs there a way to get it to work with a kbin account?
6 0 ReplyI'm looking forward to boost, but in the meantime sync is a great option!
6 0 ReplyI used jerboa first for accessing lemmy on mobile but I've really liked snyc so far. It's responsive, easy to use and so far reliable.
I'm making it my default app with jerboa as back up.
6 0 Reply2 0 ReplyCould you release it on F-Droid store please?
