does anyone else sleep with no blanket on?
does anyone else sleep with no blanket on?
i obviously do this in the summer, but i usually sleep with no blanket on (despite probably getting cold in my sleep)

The opposite, I always sleep with blanket on even if I don't want to. In summer I fall asleep with blanket on my side and wake up fully covered in blanket. And sweating like a pig
Blanket is how I get to sleep. I need it. I wish there was a cold blanket for these stupid hot summers. Edit: and yet I can nap fully clothes, on top the blankets, in the afternoon (if I'm super exhausted). So maybe I could condition myself out of this? But I'm not willing to risk my sleep on experiments).
I've got a cool weighted blanket that breathes well but still gives that heavy blanket comfort.
I sometimes sleep with the thing you put around a blanket (I'm not sure what the right word for it is in English)
I don't put anything around a blanket. Can you find a picture?
Quilt cover?
The phrase you are after is "Duvet cover." A blanket is technically just a single layer of fabric, a quilt is several layers and a Duvet is 2 layers with stuffing. Calling any/all of them "blankets" is normal... until you have to put the cover on.
sometimes yes, sometimes no. i don't have a blanket rule about it.
Take my angry upvote and get out.
Sometimes when it's really hot I take out the blanket from the cover, and just sleep with the cover :3
My man may I interest you in a sheet?
I have to have covers, absolutely hate my back being uncovered if nothing else. Some sort of blanket or sheet is essential to get to sleep.
i mean ya gotta keep the monsters off
I absolutely can’t sleep without a blanket, but my eight year old sleeps with no blanket and no pillow. Just a couple of stuffed animals in his bed.
No blanket, but I can't sleep without a sheet of some sort. I usually use a cooling sheet
I can barely sleep without my weighted blanket
i can't. unless i'm really, really tired. i prefer blankets.. as in plural.. with some bulk and weight to them.
Lives in equator: What is blanket?
It's that thing your sweat does to your body.
I need a blanket to sleep and I usually sleep on my side. When it's hot I put the lower half between my legs to prevent them sticking together and one corner of the upper half covers my torso the other corner is between my shoulder and face (I rarely use my pillow). It's more of a 'hugging the blanket' than a 'being covered by it' situation.
Yes, every summer.
Blanket is super comfy so if it's cool enough, yes. If I'm going to be swimming in ball sweat soup an hour after falling asleep it's sans blanket time
If it's too hot. Unless it's actually frigid in my room, I also tend to kick the blanket off at some point during the night.
Summer, deff (its 42C out in the day).
Winters? Hell no. I was raised by the ocean, so used to very mild climates. Now I live at the base of hills.
On one hand, love all the green, rain and cool temps come spring and autumn. But 0C winter cold? Im a walking cloth hill, nightly buried in comforters.
When it's hot, yes.
Bamboo sheets are pretty nice. They have weight to them but keep you cool in the summer.
Fat has insulation properties. Without its probably best to crank up the heating.
I have to. My body temperature burns bright. Really thought my body temperature would get cooler as I aged out of my 20's but it didn't. I run a fan when i sleep even in the winter. Sometimes I turn down my thermostat and Crack a window because my neighbors pump their heat so high.
Only in the peak of summer when its 40-45c
Only if I pass out from exhaustion/lack of sleep.
I never sleep without a blanket at home. If it's too hot I will put the AC on just do I can have my blanket.

Solar panels, my last electricity bill for a quarter was literally $0 :)
