12 0 ReplyQuick Google reveals it means "sport"...and I'm a CVT transmission...why am I having a hard time believing this...
7 1 ReplyCause people are idiots and think their car is broken if it doesn't shift. So auto manufacturers have responded by inserting fake shifts to reduce the complaints from uninformed buyers, reducing efficency and defeating the entire purpose of a CVT! They even put paddle shifters on the things!

Unfortunately, it's a Fiesta. ☹️ So it will never reach 444,444 miles...
5 0 ReplyCome back when you reach 80085.
5 0 ReplyMy car just hit 222,222. Reminds me of Mitch Hedburg's phone number. "Just hit 2 for a while.."
5 0 ReplySo PRNDS has me confused. Bc obviously it's
P - park
R - reverse
N - neutral
D - drive
S - sport
What I don't get is like why it's there if it doesn't show any of them selected
Like what would be its purpose/how is nothing selected if it does serve a purpose
4 0 ReplyWhen you start the car, there is a moment where all lights turn on to make sure they work. This could be this moment.
3 0 ReplyThat's probably the case especially given the gas tank is sitting at empty
