  The original army green was used because it was the cheapest they could get in industrial quantities direct from the manufacturers. Same goes for any branch, really.
  If they're buying individual paint cans from a retail store they're just setting money on fire.
Would make a better rhyme if you made it "The USA just bombed Iran, paint all the green ones back to tan." 'Cause then the syllable count matches.
