one of the comments says Marky Marco should be remigrated back to Cuba. that would be crazy unfair, because Cuba is awesome, the people there are way too nice, and they would never treat him as he deserves.
fair would be purposely sending him to the "wrong" LatAm country and to pick one that is in the early throes of insurrection against Yankee imperialism, where he will be recognized for what he is and treated with all the expedient consideration he deserves.
