Went roasting sausages into the woods again

I quite like this new spot - it’s so remote that it’s unlikely anyone else will stumble here.

Roasting? That sausage looks like charcoal!

  Salchicha al Carbon is a delicacy. Never be ashamed of it.

It's a sad commentary on our times when a body can't even roast sausages in their own back yard, and they have to sneak out in the woods to do it. SMH

Is there an optimal distance from society you've found lends to a best flavor profile for the sausages?
