I hope the Boss doesn't get fucked up by the Trump administration (and all that entails) when he gets back home.

Anyone who has to wrap themselves in the flag is compensating for the fact that their politics are distinctly unamerican. MAGAt dipshits cannot tell the signifiers from the thing being signified.

Born in the USA. The stupid MAGA asswipes think the song is about patriotism.
- It is about patriotism. It's about how powerful, rich politicians who had everything handed to them uncaringly sent average people to their deaths in an unjust war. Sounds pretty patriotic to me.
- Famously, Trump, a draft dodger, used it during his 2016 election campaign.
  Once Springsteen spoke against it and announced support for Clinton, Trump’s own supporters at rallies booed the song.

I can't believe you all are focusing around that particular shot of Bruce Springsteen. It's a horrible picture. Get a better picture.

Toby Keith was a democrat.
- Is this post about 2001 or 2025? He voted for Obama and spoke out against Trump. A lot of people were supportive of Bush as a reaction to 9/11, which of course changed over time.
  I’m not defending Keith’s actions at that time, just saying that there are plenty of artists that strongly support MAGA, that are also still alive today, who would probably make a lot more sense.

- MAGA wipes their collective ass with the founding charter of this country so I'd argue that they are de facto fundamentally no longer Americans.

  The founding charter of this country was built for slaver plantation owners and other mercantilists, not the average person. I'd argue that hardly anyone alive today truly values the founding intentions, only their distorted interpretations of such.
  With that in mind and the current state of things in mind, I think a Balkanization of the US, if not North America, is inevitable.
