  • Go outside and get some dirt on you. Seriously. Not saying it to be like "touch grass" dirt is a literal anti-depressant. Theyve done studies on it.

  • Happy Birthday. Go for a walk. See some flowers. Get yourself a coffee or some eats. Just time away from the news, the bullshit, and all the crapola. It won't change it, but it helps to just tune out for a day and focus on you.
