Having trouble with your droid?

I call hospitals pretty often in my line of work. They've gotten worse over the last couple of years. And every time you reach a human, you're lucky if you reach anyone who doesn't just transfer you on without fully understanding what you're after.

Usually you can push 0 or *0 and go directly to a human. Also if it's the kind that lists all the options, each one corresponds with the number on the keypad that matches it's place in the order. (The 3rd item listed is 3, the 4th is 4, and so on)
