Unfortunately the shirt is a UK product so if you're in the US, expect to pay quite a bit extra.
Instead of paying tariffs, import fees, etc. Consider donating the funds directly to charities that support your local trans communities.

Or just buy a plain white tshirt and have a print shop print the text on it. Is that still a thing? I remember doing that like 20 years ago.
