Judge says dismantling of USAID was unconstitutional, orders Musk to restore access for employees
Elon Musk's attempt to dismantle the U.S. Agency for International Development likely violated the United States Constitution, a federal judge ruled on Tuesday.

Musk should be required to pay major monetary fines for all this shit.
When his doge idiots broke into that non profit the other day, jail time and fines for all involved (including any crooked cops who helped).

I don't think that Trump had a "deep state" of people in the Executive Branch who don't like him and were out to get him before, but he's doing a pretty remarkable job of manufacturing that state of affairs.
