If your budget ballooned 113.333% in three weeks. That tells me that you're not very efficient, Muskie Boy.
That implies that there is corruption of some kind, especially when there is no oversight on how your spending the money, Muskie Boy.

I mean I could save the US trillions by just shutting everything down, not sure if that results in "savings" though. Suspect there is a reason that money was allocated by congress.
- Progress and running a society costs money. There is always places to improve how it's spent, but doing restorative work on a building with C4 usually isn't the best route.
