What is "Rule 1"? Is it "Thou shall not have a different opinion."?
Officially, it's "bigotry", unofficially it's a catch-all so that when someone brings it up their more prominent users can make declarations like this:
"routinely the actual reasons people are mad at .ml is getting banned/ censored for being bigoted"
thou shalt not say things that are censored in china….
Funnily enough it seems like lemmy.ml and lemmygrad.ml are also censored in China via their great firewall.

There are some websites that use a VPN inside China that let you check if your website is accessible there.

Only in actual fact, though ashamedly never written down anywhere irl in a manner that is so clear and understandable.
