They should be banned from selling your driving data forever.
All car manufacturers should be banned from selling your data forever. They shouldn't even be allowed to collect it.
No mention of what the consequences are supposed to be after it turns out they never stopped doing it.
So long enough for everybody to forget about it and then for GM to precede as usual.
