- Some are. Being an atheist doesn't automatically make you smart it just means you've taken a stance on a single issue.

- It wouldn't be funny if they were... It would just be something real instead of an absurd farce

  But more importantly, why so defensive? It's a joke about phrases, not some kind of attack.
