Yeah this is what I've been passing around for a while trying to to get friends and family to move up towards Vermont / Upstate New York. But this came out in 2020 and I worry they're severely outdated at this point. Like it feels like everything has been sped way the F up. Also, I'm in one of the top 50th most impacted counties. So that's fun.
Looks like Texas won't be a thing eventually. Florida is doing to be an island sooner or later.
