What carrier do you use and why?

Is it cause of coverage, download speeds, was it cheap, did you trust them more, do they have some bonus on top of phone data, or was it just what your family had and you got it too?
I use TMobile because I was a longtime Sprint customer, TMobile bought them out, and I’ve been happy with the service in my area, especially with the 5g home internet service.
US Mobile. Main reason is cost since it's $8/month with the annual plan ($10/month if you do month to month). Only 2GB data but I'm almost always on wifi anyways.
Biggest issue I notice is that calls can take a while to connect if in a busy area. I'll try to call someone and it won't start ringing for 5sec or more at times. Sometimes it won't even connect at all and I'll have to use VOIP but that eats into data which is already limited.
US Mobile. $25 / month for 35 GB and you can choose Verizon, AT&T or T-Mobile as your network and switch between them when traveling.
I've had vzw, ting, and googlefi. Missed calls and late text messages plague the latter for me... But $15/mo vs $75...
US mobile. Dirt cheap and working flawlwssly.
I've used many different ones. AT&T, Sprint (booo!), I think I used T-Mobile at some point, Verizon, and several that piggybacked off of the big ones but offer cheaper services.
It depends on my job at the time, what part of the country I am in, like in a major city or like the opposite of that, how much I need it to be reliable, etc.
My bill just went up by like a lot so I think I need to shop around again to see what's next:-).
Which one is best these days? Hopefully more people answer so I can be lazy and do less work looking that up!:-)
Verizon because I’ve been stuck with them for like 7 years.
T-mobile, because I got some plan years ago that gave me true unlimited data instead of "unlimited", and I don't want to try to find another plan with that.
My plan has like 10GB or so of tethered data, which pro-tip, you can get around by adjusting the TTL of packets sent by devices connected to your phone so that they appear to be coming from your phone. N.B. that t-mobile doesn't like this and may cut your service off.
