Well, since I'm snowed in, I might actually watch Raw tonight.Knowing they're gonna be pimping transphobic beer, I'm not even gonna bother pirating the show, now.
They aren't just pimping it like any other advertisement, they actually bought a minority stake in it. They sent out a press release I just got around to reading that states...
Further, WWE will become a minority owner in the rapidly expanding company, which is now available in 20 states since its launch in June 2024.
Then I guess I'm going to not watch WWE even harder. Skipping Rumble and Mania, too. The only two WWE shows out of the year that I would still watch since canceling my network subscription.
I got an email from WWE's Fan Council asking if I watched their Netflix debut. I'm sure it won't change anything, but it did feel nice to tell them I didn't watch because they don't care about LGBTQ+ fans thanks to their deals with Real American Beer and Saudi Arabia, and that we all know Hogan is a massive racist.
I love how WWE wanted such good press and every fucking entertainment rag from Variety to THR and more have articles up about how badly the Hogan segment fucked the dog lmao
Well I woke up at 2 a.m. for some reason. I went ahead and watched wrestle dynasty. Now I am watching new years dash. Ithink I'm watching NJPW live from Japan for my first time.
It's the only drawback to watching the Japanese shows: If you're not used to getting up real early/staying up real late, it can suck lol.

I know it wasn't popular, but I miss having Rampage to look forward to. It meant it was Friday!
Last 2 weeks I keep starting up the Rampage threads and having to sigh when I finish searching CM and remember there's not gonna be another card to post 😥😅
I was cleaning bookmarks the other day and got to the old taima Wooo links, so many good nights with those idiots. I miss the end of NJPW events... go to go to bed, now go to bed, bed, bed bed bed.
Taima had a perma bookmark in my browser (least till it went tits up and Baked replaced it lol)
MVP just announced that he deleted his Twitter and deactivated his Instagram/Threads, and will be using Bluesky as his primary social media outlet going forward. Seems like a lot of people are doing that lately, which is a positive in my book. I have some issues with how Bluesky is run, but frankly, anything that challenges Musk and Zuckerberg is a good thing.
Yeah Bluesky is far from perfect and its admin need to fuck their own faces and do their jobs, but its miles against of Meta/Xitter regardless.
