He is confused as Snoopy does it again.
He exclaims angrily as Snoopy does it again.
He looks down at a sitting Snoopy and exclaims,"You can't possibly realize how annoying that is!"

Later Snoopy is iconic, but I’d argue this earlier, less anthropomorphic Snoopy is cuter!
He seems more like a puppy here. Most people find puppies extra cute.
Fuck off, Charlie. I'd love if my dog did this.
