Keeping !showsandmovies@lemm.ee alive
Trying to help !patientgamers@sh.itjust.works to get more activity. There was !oldgamers@lemmy.world started a few days ago. I suggested the mod to join patientgamers, they were not convinced. Let's see how it goes.
!expectationvsreality@lemm.ee got a nice boost with a post too, that seems a community that can be easy to grow.
I'm starting to get a feel of what works (=gets popular) and what doesn't in !artdesign@jlai.lu, but haven't curated what I'm posting yet. Still working on the megathread that will (hopefully) list all the art communities on Lemmy
!esports@lemmy.zip is single handedly being carried by OP π btw @Blaze@sopuli.xyz if you're interested in being mod in there I'll appoint you
!lemmyvision@jlai.lu will maybe return for the end of the year, or maybe remain on standby for Lemmyvision 2
Not my communities but every now and then I try posting in !boardgames@sopuli.xyz ; !filmpostersporn@lemmy.world ; !map_enthusiasts@sopuli.xyz to help them get more exposure

Thanks for offering, but I'm good thanks π also I only follow LoL, so I guess until next tournament I won't post much
Next year's introduction to Fearless Draft is going to make competition really interesting !
I wish there was a wiki here, or a better way to keep "long running" information. I can pin posts, but that's not always the best, and it feels like "This post is more important than everything else". Maybe I should spin one up sometime
Linked posts in the sidebar kind of works. Embedded wiki would be great indeed
Linked posts are crap, because they link to a specific instance and you cannot participate unless you are on that instance or search the /c for the topic on your home instance yourself. At least i have not found a way to link to posts in a way that keeps you on your instance like with linking (distant) communities.
Trying to make !graybeard@lemmy.cafe a thing, but so far allbymyself.gif
. Was sort of looking to have it as a sysadminy discussion thing, but lemmy is too small for it, yet, so it's just a bunch of links to The Register, Drew DeVault and a couple others.
The name might not directly say what this is about, which might limit the chances of someone stumbling upon it. Maybe !sysadmin@lemmy.cafe would make it more clear?
