Rudenya, the governor of Russia’s Tver region, [...] said wreckage from a destroyed Ukrainian drone had sparked a fire, but did not say what was burning.

"It was our own incompetence and graft that destroyed us, not our enemies! Take that!"
Some did the math on another thread, but 2.8 earthquake -> 240tons TNT -> 2.4KT nuke
- 240 tons of TNT is 0.24 kT, not 2.4 kT.
  
  ~~1500T TNT is equivalent to 15KT and then 240KT is 16% of 1500. Comes out to 2.4KT?~~
