What is the best Ebook reader for Android?

Looking for Ebook reader app

• should support at least pdf and epub
• should support annotations (marking, highlighting, underline, sticky note etc)
• should support bookmarks and outlines

I've been using Xodo so far and I'm fairly happy with it. the problem that I have is that it doesn’t support epub.
