A heartwarming example of tankie solidarity
- It gives the guys on Lemmy far to much credit to compare these regimes to them. This is pure geopolitics, probably no solidarity has to be involved.

To be fair, they probably are holding their military hardware orders hostage over stuff like this. And they don’t really have any other options on who to buy from.

  I mean the people who are running Venezuela nowadays are not good people. They lost an election last month and straight up just pretended they won.
- Venezuela should not be concerning itself with military hardware given the state of their economy. Their government should be busy finding a quiet corner to die in so people with some competence can lead.
