This guy made a name for himself by appealing to the lowest common denominator with cheap reality TV. He's torn down anything resembling actual quality at WB, fuck this guy.
In his (slight) defense, there were considerable challenges awaiting the CEO of the new Warner Bros. Discovery conglomerate, whomever that might have been. Warner Bros. had, like most motion picture studios, struggled considerably during the pandemic.
I don't like the guy either, but mentioning that as the main challenge while completely ignoring the roughly 50 billion dollar mountain of debt seems a bit disingenuous.
