I mean, he's got no leg to stand on. This isn't even just a free speech issue, it's a compelled speech issue. You can't force people to use your platform just because you're mad it's losing popularity.

Yeah at most he could try for breach of contract if they broke their contract to leave. But if they already were no longer under contract or they could prove material cause to break the contract then there’s not much he can do.
Does change in management count as breach of contract (change in policy, product, brand) or do they have to enumerate the lax regulation incidents and fascists next to your ads?

I don't know that "advertise on my platform or I'll sue you" is going to work any better than "go fuck yourselves" when it comes to attracting advertising revenue to your website.
